About This Rental Package

This package enables you to create and publish your property listing across multiple platforms, including realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, rent.com.au, and others. Once your listing is ready, you can publish it at your convenience. After publication, you can log in to your Vertrio account anytime to make updates, which will automatically sync across all the websites displaying your property.

When potential tenants inquire about your property, you’ll receive an SMS notification and an email with their contact details within minutes. These details will also be stored in the ‘Enquiries’ section of your account. Additionally, tenants can submit full rental applications through the 2Apply system, which processes them automatically and delivers a copy to you within five minutes, any time of day.

If you’d like a ‘For Rent’ sign, you can easily add it to your order during sign-up for $45, including shipping. A preview of the rental sign will be shown during the sign-up process.

Please provide your desired invoice address during sign-up. This address does not need to match the property address you’re renting out. You’ll have the opportunity to enter the property address after creating your account. All invoices will be sent exclusively via email.
